Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back. Items returned without first requesting approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Worn or washed items
- Final sale items
- Limited releases or exclusive drops
- Gift cards
- Customized or personalized products

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different size or item, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item remains unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
