All orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Please note that during product launches, limited releases, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing and shipping times may be extended.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES)
We currently ship throughout the United States.
Estimated shipping times:
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping availability may vary by location.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their local government. Saints Promise is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Saints Promise is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the package.
PREORDERS & LIMITED DROPS
Certain items may be sold as preorders or limited-release products.
